Amazing company to deal with!

I have been purchasing Neostrata products from Face the Future Online for many months now and the speed of delivery is impeccable, my orders are usually shipped on the day I order and delivered a couple of days later.

I just wish that all online shopping experiences were this good! Thanks for such amazing service guys!

Do not order from this company they are not skincare experts and have no idea about prescribing skincare. I specifically asked if the product I was about to purchase contained any alcohol and I was advised it didn’t. When I received my items and the face mask in question discovered it was full of alcohol and wasn’t what I was looking for at all. I wouldn’t mind but it was very expensive so I made a return as it was an unsuitable product and within my customer rights to return and I was advised wrongly. I wasted my time making this return and had to pay to send it back and they have had the audacity to return it back to me again. Customer service is absolutely shocking. I wish I had never ordered from them. It’s been a horrible waste of time. There website is useless and impossible to use and that are as rude and arrogant as they can possibly be and hold the customer accountable for their lack of knowledge. Would have bought more from them despite website issues but due to there lack of respect I would strongly advise alternative websites.

I bought a face peel from them online in their clearance section. I am certain the product is genuine cuz my skin glows after I'm done using it. Their customer service was informative pleasant and professional. The item was delivered well in time. I've never been to their actual offices but I'm sure they are just as qualified in person as they are on the phone

Great customer service as the when I rang was recommended the right treatment and my products came with lots of packaging inside, so my parcel arrived very fast in pristine condition. Could not recommend more!!!

After being messed about for nearly 2 weeks I was forced to find another supplier so thank you Zest as I now have found face the future.

In less than 24hrs of ordering my purchase was sat on my dressing table having being delivered by the courier,  this I may add was whilst we were all in the throes of the beast from the east and storm Emma and to top this they were the cheapest!!! 
Will definately be facing the future with this company again.   
 
A huge big thank you to DX Couriers for getting it to me so quickly.
