Good intimate venue for a gig and staff were nice, but the beer selection was terrible - both alcoholic says my partner and low alcohol/alcohol free. There are SO MANY delicious beers these days for those of us who don't like to drink alcohol, so it's really disappointing when the only option is Becks Blue - I know it's cheap to buy in but it's vile - they would sell a lot more if they got in a couple that actually taste nice.
Probably one of the worst clubs I've ever been to. Bouncers are rude, almost kicked me out for not having a ticket, even though I had one. The audience was awful too, never visiting again. Only good thing was that they played good music every once in a while. Absolute stinker overall.Service: 1/5
Very overpriced. £10 entry and a £5 minimum charge on card machines. The stairs for going to each floor are not the safest, always very slippy and have gaps in between each step which is not safe for people who are drinking. It is good that there is different music on different floors so you dont get bored and can listen to different genres on different floors. The top floor - a drum and bass floor, also has fans and sofas which is nice because it can get very crowded and hot. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible
Went there to watch definitely oasis. Amazing atmosphere. Bar staff were lovely and the people doing the checking in. Warning no wheelchair access. Toilets are down 2 sets of stairs. Not the cleanest but brilliant venue perfect show!Food: 1/5
I haad a great night with a group of friends from out of town. And the bouncers were friendly and polite. All the negative reviews about them gotta come from people kicked out for a legitimate reason. And so was I! And I still managed to talk my way baack in ;Service: 4/5
The big lady who sits in the toilets needs to sort herself out, she is absolutely bang out of order- when me and my friend went in the toilet cubical she burst the door open, hitting me with it, screaming at us even though 2 people are allowed in a cubical. Completely mental, the basket case also tries to charge for toilet roll!! Also if you don’t like creepy men do not come here as you will be swarmed with sweaty 30 year old desperate weirdos..
DO NOT GO. You have to pay £2 to go into the smoking area! We were told on entry that we would get a free drink, however they only offered this to girls which they didn’t tell us, and since we were in a group with boys they refused us all drinks. Staff laughed in our faces and were so rude. Worst club I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend this and am never coming back.
Firstly, staff members have favouritism and they are extremely rude don’t explain anything, me and my friends went toilet since there was only one toilet roll everyone was sharing it and one of the staff members shouted at us blaming us for clogging the toilet but there were already clogged when walking in. £2 to go the smoking area is honestly unacceptable and the bouncers were quite rude about it. There was 2 staff members who tried to pick a fight with us, one of the staff members said to us that his colleague was going for a poo me and friends didn’t say anything, when she walked out she started assuming that we were laughing at her but we were just having a normal conversation between ourselves. Then, once again the bouncers kicked us out even though she was the one who was picking and shouting at us and also swearing at us and calling us names, she was as well and his colleague extremely rude and no one truly cares about her going toilet… This was our first time going out in Manchester and it was a poor experience. Please, just train your staff members properly because if they pick a fight with drunk people then they are working in the wrong place since I’ve seen that they have no manners and customer service. In the meantime we will not come back here anytime soon.
Unsafe club ! Specially for girls I went there with my friends and girlfriend last night my cousins girlfriend was touch inappropriately by two drunk men when I informed the security they took them out and ask me too come out and when I came out they made me to talk to that drunk men which flame up the flight and they were abusing and challenging us to come out and have Fight and security did nothing even the security did nothing they removed us from the club as well and when I tried calling a police one of the stupid security said I am lying and laughed he called me what a lair very bad and horrible experience hopefully management look into this and train people before hiring them and if they can contact me I would much appreciate that very bad first and last experience have been to a lot of clubs but never had such worst security and management as well disappointing and not safe according to me !!
Bouncers are awful. I went in last night with 5 friends and we weren’t in for long until a bouncer stopped me and three of my female friends when we were going to the toilet and getting a drink of water as we were too hot. He claimed one friend was too drunk and denied her going to the toilet or getting her coat. Another bouncer helped to kick my one friend out into the street who is small, looks very young and was in nothing but a t-shirt and skirt. The bouncers then became aggressive to me and my other female friends, getting up close and calling us names. This same bouncer called me two insulting names and commented on my outfit. My friend had to stand outside in the cold by herself whilst the rest of us had to grab our coats. The bouncers have some weird power trip especially over girls and do get aggressive and threatening. I won’t be coming here again only because of the door staff who are supposed to keep people safe but instead made a young girl vulnerable and essentially ruined our night out.
