To be honest the nightclub looked very very good. However didn’t even make it into the nightclub because of the security. They told me to put my coat in the cloak room. I was stood in the queue to go into the building and the same bouncer comes and kicks me out for not taking it off, even tho I’ve only just got in the queue and haven’t even got in the club yet. Horrendous, laughed at me when I tried to be nice. Embarrassing really, feel sorry for the nightclub having such arrogant, ignorant and petty security.

First night out in Manchester and compared to my small home town wasn't much better. Left Factory for a drink at another place only to go back and find out that you're not allowed back in because it is too full. Even though we paid £4/5 prior to this. Along with this I asked for a tap water and the young girl tried to charge me £5. No charge should be given for Tap water. After she took my drink off of me and then gave me it back after she remembered the law we went outside only to realise that we couldn't go back in. The girl took my card to try and pay a contactless transaction, fortunately my card is chip and pin only so my water was free. Overall, the bouncers are useless and dim minded and Manchester as a whileis not a good experience.

The overall experience at FAC251 was a 4* for the simple reason that it is a good venue and very active, however it does get a bit cramped and you'll eventually get annoyed with the shuffling about; but you can always go upstairs where there's another floor of partying. The only things that make this place a 4 instead of a 5 was the price. It is quite expensive and £2 for a wristband that allows you out for a smoke! or even some fresh air! I see a lot of people here comment on the bouncers. Personally if you don't cause any trouble and turn the other cheek then they will leave you alone, at the end of the day, they have a job to do and I believe these guys take there job seriously to keep us safe. Soo yeah if you want to finish off a night out in Manchester I would recommend this place depending on how much cash you have left.

Everything about this club is shocking and honestly just pure disgusting. Go somewhere else unless you want to smell stale piss all night, get assaulted and/or chucked out by a bouncer just because he feels like it. Rude staff, overpriced drinks, terrible music. I could really go on, these are just a few of the things I and many other experience after stepping into this joke of a club. Want a good night? Don't go here.

Repetitive, bland and dull spotify playlist playing all night. Rude and aggressive bouncers. Had to buy a wristband at the bar to go have a smoke outside. Really lame club. Advise going some where else if you want a good night.
