Hi I would just like to say that FM Car sales is a fantastic service from start to finish Farouk really took the time on the phone to give as much details as possible with a video sent before I travelled 280miles on seeing the car it was as described with a full Audi service history and having done only 76k miles the price was perfect to on day of sale I noticed battery cover was missing and Farouk ordered it there and then and arrived at my home address just a couple days later . I have done 620 miles in the car in 2weeks and must say it drives fantastic and it looking great for an older car Farouk even contacted me the week later just to see how i was liking the car real family business would buy again from FM car sales.  FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR A GREAT SECOND HAND CAR.  thanks again.

Spotted a lovely convertible Audi A4 and went to check it out and the service history. Then went a second time for a test drive and even paid the deposit to reserve the car. Then, for personal reasons, I was not in a position to buy the car any more. Although I wasted Farouk's time, he was very nice and understanding and reimbursed the deposit. Thumbs up for this lovely, professional car dealer I will definitely turn to, should the opportunity arise again.

I bought a lovely BMW from FM Car Sales and they could not do enough for me. The car was serviced and fully inspected at a local garage before collection. He ever fitted brand new front discs, pads and 2 tyres for me free of charge! Amazing service from start to finish,  would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 from Farouk. Unfortunately the car developed a severe fault within 1 week/350 miles of collection. I contacted Farouk after being recovered home and he was extremely apologetic, I booked the car in locally to be inspected and we communicated daily to try and resolve the issue with no success.  Farouk then recovered the car 200 miles to book it in with a very reputable Porsche/Audi specialist he knew. The car was repaired three days later and delivered back to me another 200 miles with great communication throughout the process.  It would have been no surprise for a used car dealer to have refused to repair this common fault that occurred on the 15 year old, 120,000 mile car I had bought, but Farouk was genuinely gutted that I had had a bad experience. He did everything possible to get me back on the road and I'm incredibly grateful.  I would highly recommend FM Car sales.

First class service and a wonderful experience all round. Farouk came across as very honest and trustworthy  just what you want from a car sales person. We was looking for something a little more economical and found images of a Hyundai i30. It looked to be immaculate both inside and out. When we went to view the car, the car was indeed immaculate. Honest and caring guy who makes 2nd hand car buying easier than most. I purchased this passat estate in February this year which is a 12 year old 70k mile example. After only a week or so I got a warning light on the dash which was sorted at no expense or inconvenience to me through an independent VW approved garage. I've waited so long to leave a review because I've not racked up my usual amount of miles, like most, due to covid. Now I've got a couple of thousand miles of trouble free motoring I can say the car is spot on considering the age and cost. Cheers Faruq  would certainly use again

A real pleasure to meet a genuine character who is as proud of his wife and family as he is of his business. The only place on earth I could find a Fiat Doblo without wheelchair access! Thank you Faruk! I love my new car.

I am really pleased with my purchase of a Skoda Fabia which is in great condition.  Farooq was super friendly and made the purchase a really smooth one.  I happily recommend him if you are looking to purchase a used car
