Val at F. J. Tresidder Funeral Directors was fantastic. Very calm, polite and helpful. She made the whole sad experience as good as it could possibly be and offered support and advice. The family felt the day was a tribute to mum’s life. Several of mum’s friends commented on how nice the service went. I would definitely recommend them to help you through your difficult time.
Each step of the way Val was kind, understanding, considerate and helpful. This was a very difficult time for my family but we felt extremely supported. Thank you to Val and all at F.J. Tresidder.
We found the people of Tresidder's, particularly Val, really kind and thoughtful at a time that is fraught with stress and worry anyway. Phoning to check everything was OK and that we as a family were alright! Totally professional and caring.
The service we received was "First Class". We were very impressed by the care and compassion shown by each one before, during and after the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
