Great little store in the Sovereign Centre. Excellent choice of jewellery to choose from at great prices. Whether its for a special occasion or to simply treat yourself, you cant go wrong. The staff are all very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The entrance is also wheelchair friendly.

Offered to clean my antique engagement ring in a sonic cleaner- which I found out should never have been done. They obviously have no experience in antique rings or gemstones for that matter. Im now having to get it checked to make sure the gallery is safe and the settings still secure.

My grandad went into their shop in Weston super mare for a new battery in his watch (seico brand) his favourite one got home last night by 11:35 last night it had stopped working when I came over this morning he was annoyed tht it had stopped working so asked him to let me have it to take to my friends jewellers shop in Burnham told him tht it had stopped he looked at it took the back of the watch and straight away saw wht was wrong with it, the battery was the wrong size and a cheap battery they charged my grandad 8.95 for it absolutely disgusted they obviously have no clue on wht they r doing i got the battery changed and it only cost me 3 pounds now i have one very happy grandad.  Fully recommend tht no one goes there. 😠😠😠
