Thanks for the professional work you carried out on my dining area lights. After I somehow managed to blow them up, you came out promptly and provided a professional and personal service, as well as giving advice and safety tips throughout.

Although it was just a small job I would like to thank your quality of service and replacing all my old wiring block connectors for new ones, which I imagine did not need to be done however you took the extra care to ensure everything was safe.

Dear James

I contacted you in a bit of a panic recently when I received a call from my daughter telling me that that there was smoke coming out of the light fitments at my son’s gym where she works.

This was understandably quite worrying and you will recall I phoned you, early on, forgetting completely that you were away on your holidays!

Despite this you organised an electrician to call out to make the situation safe.

He turned up very soon after and quickly attended the problem and made it safe to enable the gym to reopen for business.

I will certainly recommend you and your company when at all possible.
