Reliable, polite, knowledgeable and gives good advice. Paul has repaired our cooker several times now and I wouldn't hesitate to call him out again for any appliance repairs. He gave us honest, clear advice on the cost of repair vs replacement. Every time we have called him he has been out to take a look within 24 hours. Overall, excellent, professional service.
Paul came to look at our range oven within a few hours of my first call to him. He was able to find the fault, order a replacement switch and carry out the work within a few days would have done it there and then but had to order our unusual switch!. Very professional, knowledgeable and tidy. Would highly recommend. Thanks Paul!
Reliable and trustworthy. Paul has been out to my oven/s over the years and has always found a solution to ensure my business could keep offering a service. Most importantly, even when things have gone wrong, he's put them right with no fuss or backtracking. He responds to messages, turns up when he says he will and charges an honest price for his service. Can't ask for more than that.

Paul at Apex Electrical has been dealing with all my appliances for 20 years now and really has become my right arm when problems arise. As a landlord in the private rented sector I need to know I can rely on someone to assess things quickly and always find Paul understands the need to keep costs to the minimum, if he thinks it’s not going to be cost effective then quite simply, it’s not going to be cost effective. He’s efficient and really does know his way around all the machines I’ve asked him to look at. He’s the most friendly guy too and I would be happy to recommend him to everyone.
