Joanna is a true professional.  She calls microblading an art and its true in every sense. Thanks to her I have beautiful eyebrows. Its just been a day but its already looking gorgeous. Procedure is absolutely painless or rather painless because how Joanna does it. She explained the whole procedure patiently and made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process. I previously had my brows done in a well known salon which some of the celebrities use. I came to Joanne after reading her reviews as I wanted a professional opinion as I was not fully satisfied with my current brow shape.
Joanne explained and consulted with me in terms of the colour choice and measurements which did not happen at the previous salon.
I am much happier with the shape and was very pleased with Joanne's professional knowledge. Carla

My son and daughter bought me an eyebrow micro blading gift certificate for my birthday. Having had little to no eyebrows for 40 years and not very good with pain, I was a little apprehensive to say the least! I need not has worried at all!! Joanne was wonderful and very understanding and what amazing work. I was so pleased with the result and I now have eyebrows which I absolutely love.

After having read the reviews my daughters booked microblading as a birthday treat for me with Joanne on 8/5/2018
Joanne explained the procedure and treated me with immense respect and kindness.  She was so gentle throughout and I felt no pain. The end result was a big Wow from me.
Joanne you are a true professional and you have transformed my botched up brows which I had done abroad.
Ladies if you want a truly professional result Joanne is your lady.

Jo is a consummate professional.  I came to her with my eyebrows messed up from previous microblading and very unhappy with the results and naturally not very trusting.  She sits with you and talks you through the whole procedure and does a lengthy test of your skin colour, and exactly the colour and result you would like.  She is extremely passionate about what she does and obviously genuinely enjoys it, which is very comforting.  She really knows her stuff and is also very personable and it all puts you at ease.  The fact that she is arty and creative is a definite plus as she is looking through an artist's perspective, which is something extra that you don't get with technicians.  I also didn't experience any pain as I did the first time, and she is constantly checking and showing you to make sure you are always comfortable with the process.  I absolutely love my brows and I am a very difficult customer!  I would recommend her to anyone.  Always go with someone qualified with a genuine love of what they do, as she is. Five plus stars x
