I ordered tonight our usual take away £43 been order take from here for years. Order two special burgers one had two strands of kebab meat the other nothing when I rang they had the audacity to suggest if I want extra meat if I pay they’ll deliver. Pay for something I had already paid for terrible attitude obviously have plenty of customers to be rude . My recommendation would be give express a miss and try the fish bar in Cymmer who also do kebabs pizza much friendlier
I’ve been ordering from you for a few years now and this year the service is rubbish! They forgot to deliver the kebab and they told me next time they give me a kebab for free so when I decide to order again they’ve forgot the kebab.. how can you forget when it happened the first time ! When I phoned them and complained about they forgot about the kebab they told me I had to wait 45 minutes!!! When the kebab came the rest of the food was soggy as hell! It was disgusting!!! You lost yourself a good customer!! Do not order from here! I live a good 20 mins from this place think how the food would be over a hour waiting for the kebab! Soggy! Puts you right off eating from here.
Placed my order. The pizzas arrived not what I thought. Apparently I read the menu wrong? So pepperoni pizza has loads of other toppings too‍. And 100% no additional toppings listed on the menu.won’t order again. Wasted a lot of money on pizza the kids won’t eat
Just recieved food absolutely awful! Will never make the mistake of ordering again!! Asked for mixed shish they sent chicken, asked for coleslaw it was a dry coleslaw just a mix of Carrot and cabbage nothing else! Childs kebab meat meals dry and awful! AVOID!!!
Utterly awful. Messed up the last two orders. Also food was cold. Lost me as a customer. When we first started getting home deliveries from Express we were amazed at the quality, cost and they even had 5 star food hygiene rating. We could feed two adults with large appetites for under a tenner. You can order online and pay by card. We though we'd found the perfect place. Unfortunately when we actually popped into the shop to place an order their food hygiene rating had gone from 5 to 1. Extremely disappointed that they have so little regard for the health and safety of their customers. If you want to roll the dice the plus side is their Pizza tastes pretty good.
Worst pizzas I have ever had. It was like eating a raw ball of dough. Buy one get one free, I would not eat another pizza if they was all free. Need to sort out your pizza bases, maybe try thinner bases so they are baked properly.
We order from here every 2 weeks and sometimes in between. They're pizza's are really tasty and kebabs are lush. They are always early with the food and the delivery person is friendly. I highly recommend this take away
We have always had great service in this kebab house. I've been ordering from here for over a year. And they always provide fresh, good quality food and the salad is delicious. Today for the first time the order was wrong. I phoned up and told them the issue and within less than 5 minutes they were knocking my door with the rest of my order. And they gave loads more than we would have had originally. I would definitely recommend this place.
Had a few pizzas and kebabs from here and always been impressed. Pizzas are on proper dough dominos style and if you order on their own website it's buy one get one free which makes them excellent value. Kebabs are the usual kebab shop ones, with decent portions and decent quality. I always collect so can't comment on the delivery but the guys are always cheerful in there. Great takeaway
Our house is ten miles from the shop but we were told they would deliver. Despite being on the main road, we are easy to drive past so I offered directions. They refused. I was told the driver would call before he left. He didn't. Once driving past I was contacted and I gave instructions, waiting by the front door so it's light was on. He drove past twice more, once with me waiting at the top of the drive with a lamp on my head, before he finally decided to slow down. By then the food was very late. Once we sat down we found they had missed a burger from the order. I talked to my wife who confirmed I had ordered three, then phoned back. I was told that I was to blame and hadn't made the full order. He refused to bring the missing burger and then hung up the phone on me. My daughter did like her burger but the kerbabs were a massive pile of meat. I'm usually complaining about masses of salad but by the end of the kerbab I was fed up of all the meat. My partner had to go out looking for a burger for my daughter and it really spoiled our night.
