From start to finish the experience was amazing. We did the madness room which was very challenging didn't break out... oops! Our games master was brilliant, super personable and welcoming. After finishing the game we bought a voucher for another as it was that much fun! Will be recommending this place to everyone.

First time doing an escape room at this place, and we were not disappointed. We played the room bomb, and we escaped with 2 minutes to spare. We made some silly mistakes taking our time, then ended up scrambling to solve it at the end. Our game master Aiden Sorry if it's the wrong spelling was so helpful. We definitely wouldn't have escaped without his help. He was very patient and polite. We will definitely go again to do a different room. And I definitely recommend people do one at this place.

Absolutely brilliant. We were a group of 4 2ad & 2ch - 12 & 9. Our guide was James who was really friendly and explained well what we needed to do. We chose the murder room and the 'set' was fantastic. Having done other rooms in Hull and Leeds, I can safely say Exit The Room was far superior. Will return.

What a brilliant time we had. We went as a family for a birthday treat and had 2 teams one male and one female. We had different rooms to exit. We all had a fabulous time and would definitely return to do different rooms. Give it a go you certainly won't be disappointed.  Thanks Nicky and James for leading us in the right direction!!

Went on the 9th dec for bomb room at 8.40pm and OMG this place was so much fun. We've been to other escape rooms because its nice to try different ones. We went for the bomb room and it was great, defo try it if you haven't. I went with my sister and 2 cousins and we escaped with 2 minutes to spare  but with the help of our gamemaster Aiden. He was so nice and friendly and funny, he was great, thanks Aiden you made the experience so much better. Definitely want to go again and try the other rooms now.

Sadly can only base my review on our experience and not the room itself. We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time. Only to not receive any answer from the doorbell.  Looked at our phone to find a just missed call. Rang the company to hear that they couldn't run our escape room due to unforeseen circumstances.  And did we want a refund or to reschedule.  Nothing offered in regards to our wasted journey/disappointment. Very poor customer service.

What a great experience for the four of us, we had a wobble getting started but once we were got past the first easiest!! Puzzle we got into the swing of it. Game master was on hand to help when needed but didn't make it too easy or take away from the immersion, she was absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to return to complete the other rooms!  We broke out of madness

We went in as a group of 6 and had a great time. Picked a murder case room and all of us had great fun! Despite the fact some of us weren't English speaking the mystery was understandable and intuitive to follow. We are happy the language barier didn't spoil the experience at all! Most probably we will be back to check the two other rooms at some point.

Really good puzzles. We did the Madness one before Christmas and this time went for the slightly harder 'Bomb'. Everyone had a great time, nail biting stuff, good setup and lateral thinking required. Went as a party of 2 adults and 4 teens but would recommend it to anyone.

All three rooms completed and escaped.  The staff are always welcoming. First time around, it was hard to find the place at the time they had no sign on the door and a quick phone call and we were able to find.  First room completed was the bomb room, then we went for murder and finally the madness room.  Staff were helpful when needed in the rooms and give some appropriate clues without totally spoon feeding the answer.  I would definitely recommend Exit the Room. You guys need to add more floors please!
