Fantastic service. Nothing too much trouble

Recently returned from two weeks in Eastbourne.  We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment in Gresham House, Hartington Place.  The apartment is ideally located in a  quiet area near the beach, and in easy walking distance of the town.  It is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped - almost better than being at home!  Carl was cheerfully helpful with our, at first, frequent questions on how to work something and had excellent suggestions on places to eat!  Would certainly recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again sometime.

Great self catered ground floor flat in a quiet residential street just behind the west end of the sea front. Easy reach of town centre (i.e. a short stroll). Well equipped kitchen and lounge, and Sarah and Andrew were very helpful getting our booking sorted and meeting us at the property to show us round.

The only criticism is that a couple of the mattresses are rather tired and thus not super comfortable - get these replaced and it'd be a 5* experience!

Just back from a great week in Eastbourne - many thanks to Carl and Sarah for their professional service and attention to detail. They tried to really understand what my family were looking for, recommended a different apartment to my original request (since it offered more space for the four of us) and provided all manner of help way beyond what you might normally expect. A great all-round experience.

Only stayed one night in the family room but everything was faultless. Modern, clean, well-equipped room. Fantastic location near the beach and pier. Very friendly helpful owners who recommended places to go and eat, which were spot on. Would have no hestitation in recommending to anyone.
