Not happy.Been going there for a year and a half now and rang to say I won't be needing my eyebrows doing and that I'd still be coming for everything else I was having done and to be told there was no record of my appointment in the book! Was told they'd have somebody call me back and nobody did and tried to ring and no answer.I don't like change and didn't want to go anywhere else as I am loyal and like Lauren and Leah as they are the ones who always look after me and Lauren is the one whom does my regular treatment. My brothers getting married too at the end of THIS month and Lauren was meant to be doing my eyebrows in HD, with a discounr too and I was also planning on having my fingers and toenails done too to look my best for my big brother's big day on July 29th! I'm a regular and very loyal customer and love going here and due to my asperger's I struggle with change alot and want to keep going here but was told they can't fit me in til AUGUST😯My brother's getting Married this month and so that's no good.So just not happy at all.

Once again, a lovely treatment received by the staff at Evolve. A friendly and professional environment , definitely worth a visit.

Went for my hair cut and i was extremely unhappy. While sat there the employees was gossiping about customers saying racist and sexist remarks. After confronting the worker cutting my hair they then proceeded to be very rough with me and ultimately cutting a large patch out of my hair. I look like a bald chimp now. Really annoyed!!

the worst hair cut I have ever had, he also cut my ear, I will have to shave my head for it just to look right very very mad
