I spent a lot of time researching kitchen companies for the look, quality and of course price for our newbuild home. The quality and very competitive pricing blew me away and I was delighted to have found this gem of a company. From our first meeting, the Evie Willow team were just amazing, Becky, our designer listened carefully to our wishes and helped us with ideas and subsequently produced an amazing plan, which was tweaked into submission! Becky was very patient and helpful, she assisted us with ensuring our aga would fit neatly, this was a huge worry for me but this was perfect. Even a last minute rather large adjustment to the aga surround just before production week was accommodated and looks fantastic! We were kept well informed of the building process and our time line. . The kitchen was fitted and painted beautifully and the finishing touches to the paintwork, flawless.nWe used the Kitchen worktop company that was recommended and they arrived on schedule and did their part without fuss.nWe have lived with our kitchen now for just under a year and we still sit and admire it! We opted for two dishwashers large family and I have to say, it was the best idea as it keeps the island clear of washing up at all times!nI would use this company again should the need arise and I have confidently recommended them to quite a few people now who are as equally impressed.nThankyou to the Evie Willow Team :nFrom M & A
We can't thank Evie Willow enough for the outstanding service they provided. From our very first enquiry to the final installation, the whole experience was seamless.nAfter another kitchen supplier let us down at the last minute, we approached Evie Willow Kitchens with a very tight timescale. They immediately understood the urgency of our situation and did everything they could to get us back on track. Evie willow kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable.nA special thank you goes Becky, who guided us through the entire process from start to finish. Her communication was consistently prompt, thorough and reassuring, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality of the cabinets is excellent, and we're absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen. If you're looking for exceptional quality, outstanding customer service and a team that genuinely cares about its customers and the finished product, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Evie Willow.
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Evie Willow and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.nnFrom the very beginning, Becky was fantastic to work with. She really listened to what we wanted, guided us through the process, and was always available to answer questions and help with decisions. Callum was also heavily involved throughout and played a huge part in making sure everything came together smoothly.nnCommunication was excellent from start to finish, and any issues or snags that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that the team genuinely cared about getting everything right.nnThe installation was carried out to a very high standard, and the finished kitchen has completely transformed our home. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and we've already had so many compliments from friends and family.nnA huge thank you to Becky, Callum and the entire Evie Willow team. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful kitchen and a genuinely enjoyable experience from design through to completion.
Evie Willow go out of their way to understand their clients in working with them to create the perfect kitchen. Our kitchen, in an old thatched cottage, was old and tired and the layout never really worked and so when the time came to replace it we knew we needed help. There are no straight lines or levels in the kitchen and it was not possible to use “off the shelf” units without lots of compromises. With this in mind, we decided to go down the bespoke route and are so glad we found Evie Willow.nnFrom day one, the design team at Evie Willow were so approachable and clearly listening to us. Instead of focussing on what we wanted in terms of fittings, appliances, and units, they took the time to understand how we wanted to use the kitchen, what aesthetic we were considering and any other functional requirements before developing designs to realise those expectations. And it was clear from the first design iteration that they had hit the nail on the head.nnOnly when we were confident in the general design did Evie Willow focus on the detail – taps, appliances, handles, drawer and cupboard interiors, worktop finishes and paint choices. Other kitchen manufacturers we initially discussed ideas with wanted to have those ticked off at the first meeting! In this way, we could properly realise the overall vision without the distractions of detail. Evie Willow managed all the ordering, supply and delivery of the appliances and worktops. Their extensive knowledge and close working relationships with suppliers clearly works in ensuring that everything necessary was available at just the right time.nnEvie Willow kept us fully informed of the scheduling for the manufacture and fitting of the kitchen and hit every milestone. They put us in touch with a fantastic builder with whom they often work and who managed the various trades and completed all the work necessary before and after the kitchen fitting, including plastering and decorating, installing a new floor the electrics and plumbing. When it came to installing the kitchen, the Evie Willow fitters were perfectionists and took great care to ensure that the units fitted flawlessly in our strange shaped uneven room, scribing walls and brickwork perfectly where these joined the cabinets. No big gaps and no filler here! The quality and workmanship of the cabinetry is exceptional and provides a unique, hand-crafted look and feel to the kitchen.nnIn short, if you are looking for a bespoke kitchen designed, made, and fitted with care and precision, then Evie Willow should certainly be on your list. Everyone was friendly but professional – the designers, surveyors, workshop team, and fitters all working together seamlessly to deliver something that will serve us for years to come and just what we wanted. We cannot thank enough everyone involved for their hard work and dedication in delivering a kitchen that complements the house and provides a functional yet comfortable space where we will spend many happy hours in the future.
Having been really pleased with the kitchen installed by Evie Willow we asked if they could also supply some dressing room furniture for us. As with the kitchen the pre and post-sale service provided by Dan and Becky was exceptional and the furniture is beautiful. Steve and Thompson did a brilliant job in installing it so we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I project managed our house build and dealt with numerous suppliers and Evie Willow were by far the most helpful/professional company I worked with so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
