Accepted and signed a contract. Told money in around 5:30pm same day Following day phoned them.yea they is no issues money be with you this afternoon. They phoned me,we can't give you a loan, I said we've signed contract. He said forget about that was only provisionally signed. So wasted fuel parking charges and afternoon of wages .
I spoke with Melissa at the Hull plant as i wanted to consolidate all of my debt. Not only was she very helpful in getting all the process to run smoothly, she provided me with friendly advice. Had a great service from start to finish and would highly recommend. Melissa was a joy to speak to and made me feel comfortable through out.
I spoke to these on Thursday regarding a loan. I earn a decent wage and they asked me all different questions and after I had answered them they agreed they would give me the loan. His exact words were yes we can give you the loan!! Please bring in photo id bank statements and payslips. I was originally going away with my kids for bank holiday but really needed to sort this so agreed to go in Saturday at 10am. I sat in there whilst he photo copied all my documents and I filled out all the forms. He then went down stairs and come back within 2 mins to say he had spoke to his boss and couldn't offer me the loan. He did however offer me a quarter of which was no use. So why tell me you could He hadnt spoke to his boss because I heard him talking to his colleague down stairs. There was only 2 in the office!! This company is full of . I bet if you were on the dole you would have got it because they can hammer you in extra fees if you miss payment. They obviously don't like working people. These have completely wasted my time fuel and parking fees Not happy. Rant over!!
Very fast and easy service got given all the details I asked Melisa was very helpful and nice to answer all my questions since this was my first loan ever I had many questions very good service nice people to talk to.
John was very welcoming and helpful explaining how we could improve our credit rating and increase the possible of being excepted for future credit thank you for all your help and the loan very good advice look forward to seeing you again in the future
Excellent Customer service, very happy! Will most definitely recommend to friends and use again!!
