Excellent customer service from all the lads and lasses, very friendly towards the public rarely told they don't have what you are looking for, the hours of business are fantastic and open Sunday. I think nearly everyone behind the counter knows my name without having to check which gives transactions a bit of a personal touch plus they take the time to ask how I am which is really nice. Both me and my girlfriend have used the chemist for a good few years now I was at boots then switched because they're better at meeting my own requirements. Thank you

Today, Easter Sunday, I was trying to find a pharmacy open for emergency medication. On line it said Evercare in Colne was open. I drove from Skipton, walked up Windybank to find the pharmacy closed. A sign in the door said closed today. This is most inconvenient to say the least! Please synchronise you on line information.

Every time I have called in to collect a prescription or seek advice on a medical issue, the service has been spot on …. Nothing too much trouble …. Smiles and most importantly very well organised.
