We had Eve Vegan serve food in our courtyard for a performance evening, and it was a great success! They served delicious vegan food and dessert that everyone really loved. They were really easy to work with prior to the event, self-sufficient and flexible on the menu. We couldn't recommend them more and can't wait to work with them again the future!
I first discovered this lovely family business at Kingston Christmas Market, where I sampled their gorgeous vegan ginger cake and chocolate brownies. As someone, who is refined-sugar free, it was a delight to be able to partake. Their ginger cake is an award winner, no surprise there! I also recently asked them to make me a flour-less chocolate brownie, which they were very happy to do, and they were divine. Their cakes can be frozen otherwise, I'd eat the lot in one go!!, and are just as delicious, moist and flavoursome once defrosted. You can get them by post and they do home delivery as well. It's such a treat to get real, healthy, home-baked treats like these, that are made with love and care. Go EVE! Thank you and may your company continue to thrive.
Cannot fault the GINGER CAKE; moist, soft & full of fresh ginger. BROWNIES are to die for; melt in the mouth. The matcha choc TRUFFLES hit the sweet spot with dates as an ingredient. FALAFELS are larger and fresher than any place which sell prepared ones; very filling. The HUMMUS as just the right balance of garlic and chickpeas - I bet the guacamole & salsa would be just as tasty. Have I saved the best for last ??? ... well a girl's got to love CHOCOLATE, my weakness - between my daughter & I, the hubby didn't have a look in ! ... My daughter would like to add that she liked the shapes too - her favourite ones were the heart and the lips No guilt, no fuss and loads of goodness - what more can we ask for ? Thank you
Only tried the ginger cake so far but it was something else. I'm not even a big cake fan but the ginger cake was so tasty I got 3 of them. I should really investigate the rest of the product range now :-
