Visited on Boxing Day and whilst there is a good range of items and different brands, compared to what it used to have before it’s not as good. Plenty of parking however and with two cafes it’s not a bad place to spend a few hours.
Outlet type shops. Expensive. I asked 2 staff where I could find some clothes displayed on a mannequin. Neither had any idea! They thought they were discontinued. So why on display? Not impressed.
I used to love Tynwald Mills for shopping and a coffee or lunch. However, since it was sold a while ago and some of the staff have left, the feel and vibe are not there. The lovely boutique shop 'Elle' has been downsized so much that it has been shoved into a corner, back section of the shop sharing lingerie. The space for women's wear by the cafe has no definition. It feels overwhelming and cluttered. The dressing rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of room, but as you step out, you are back into the clutter. Maybe due to the Christmas sale still going on?! There are women's items next to the mens section and walk through. It just does not flow. The shoe and bag section is lovely, light, and has a good display. The back section going into mens cheap knitwear and outdoor clothes has no imagination with layout and display, smells damp, and buckets were in place for issues they are possible having with the weather. The food shop selling delicatessen items is not bad, but I'm sure it could be amazing, There is very little on the Isle of Man to compare. Considering the location and parking, Tynwald Mills could have the potential to be fabulous, but alas, it is not. I can't comment on the cafés, as I have not eaten there in quite some time. However, friends have said they have improved. I used to pop in once a week, and now it's every few months. In retail, it's hard to supply for all age groups, however, with the right vision and understanding of your market on the island. I am hoping Tynwald Mills ups its game.
Top brands at a cost. Not a very big shopping centre. Good to spend a couple of hours and have a snack.

Quite a big shop with nice toilets and a good range of clothing. The cafe is very nice as well. Worth a look on but you need to allow at least an hour when you visit.

Lovely, classy and picturesque. The surroundings are beautiful, and they have everything from homeware, to clothing and shoes, to sit down food and drinks, to a kid's toy shop. Definitely a good place to go shopping, but most shops are quite pricey so be prepared to dish out a fair amount of money.
