Just been to look at a car. Went into the showroom, we were attended to straight away. We wanted to look inside the car and he said he would have to get the keys. Not sure where they hold the keys but we were left sitting 10 minutes or more. In the end we walked out. Plenty more car dealers to choose from.

Excellent customer service...nothing is ever too much trouble. Got the car for us at a great price so couldnt be happier! Deffinatly recommend. Great service plan prices aswell...not to be beaten! 10/10.

Bought a car from here, was told it had two keys, only received one.... Wheels where "professionally refurbished" yet driving the car home unearthed a terrible wheel vibration that took several weeks of going back and forth to fix, after I told them from the start the wheels clearly hadn't been balanced!! Then the last time it went in for the wheels sorting a member of staff drove down the side of the car which meant another trip there but this time for the body work to be repaired. Now the "professionally refurbished" wheels are leaking air, having to be filled up every couple of days! We have also joust found out this car was a ex-fleet car!! Then the only thing you could do for us was put some diesel in the tank. Needless to say I won't be rushing back, however I will be pursuing other avenues to reclaim what I can from the terribly disappointed experience!

I visited this store 3 times. The first time, a salesman explained that he wasn't sure on current used stock as he sold new stock. He asked another salesman if he could have a chat with me, without stopping he continued to walk past us and said no I'm busy. The second time I came in was to test drive I car I have booked in. I left work 3 hours early to be there and when I turned up a group of 5 staff all just looked at me without asking if they could help me with anything. After speaking to ome of them another man approached to tell me the car i had booked t test drive wasn't available. How this happened I'm unsure because on Numerous occasions I have rang to ask about a car and they can see on the computers their status whether available or in preparation. Third time I went in I rang interested in a car, turn up to be told it isn't actually fr sale it's for auction.. Yet up for sale on the website and there's no where to show it isn't there to buy!!! Terrible terrible service!
