Recently purchased a car from Evans Halshaw at Worksop, on arrival and after finding the car that I liked found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, at the same time professional in their approach. When asking questions nothing was too much trouble. Adam and Jeyn were brilliant as were the other staff, a great team. This was definitely the best Car Store we have visited. My car is fantastic, very happy. Would highly recommend.
Spoke to a few sales people while making a decision on a car, service was great and very easy. Had a car brought up from a different store, test driven and drove away with the car in less than a week. If I wasn't so indecisive I could have done that in 3 days! Would definitely recommend to others
Great experience at car store. Huge stock and very friendly service. I didn’t really know what I wanted and having a choice was amazing. Taylor was very patient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I returned numerous times before I decided what I wanted and it was great to see Taylor with a smile on her face and it was a nice little touch that she took the effort to remember my name and my families name. Taylor left me to look at the cars in my own time and wasn’t pushing one car or another. It was great to be able to try our car seat in the cars for space and to take them on a test drive as many times as we wanted. Thank you Taylor. Adam then went through all the details and was very clear and transparent with any costs and what to do next. We finished the hand over with Scott who again was very patient with my many questions. Overall a great experience.

Bought a car for our daughter from Dave Hart who was very helpful, courteous and friendly throughout the process. The payment process was handled just as professionally by Jay and Leanne Customer Service Agents who were both helpful and friendly, they even talked me through connecting my phone to blue tooth before wishing me a safe journey home. I purchased a car from this store and was very impressed by the service i received from Jack who took us for a test drive and looked after me all the way through to the contract. This was then dealt with by Lem who was as friendly and efficient as Jack. I went from a 1800 to a 1200 engine and found the difference in engine size very poor The car was lovely and had no problems it was just for me a personal opinion. I contacted the store regarding the 14 day money back guarantee and again the service was exceptional !! Very often the money back guarantee is a gimmick or it takes forever to execute. NOT WITH THIS COMPANY they arranged a time to return the car and i was offered a full refund and was never made to feel a nuisance all along they were very friendly and helpful. I really wanted to do business with this company so looked at another car they had. I had a test drive with Jack again and fell in love with the car. They sorted the refund and new purchase out very efficiently and quickly. I drove my new car away the same day. The company and staff are BRILLIANT and i would recommend them highly.
Great friendly service,attentive to my needs couldn't of asked for a better experience. Lem kept me up to date in all areas of the process.I Also spoke with Meg Sophie and Archie which were also great friendly staff made me feel at ease purchasing my new car would highly recommend and would use this company in the future.
We would like to say that Kayley and Jay gave us exceptional service! Just bought a used car from Evans Halshaw, Worksop and was more than pleased with the efficient service I was given. The salesman Chris Woodcock dealt with me and every minor fault I pointed out on the car was sorted without any fuss. There was no hard sell from him and I did not feel under any pressure whilst there. I would definitely recommend Evans Halshaw and will visit them again for my next car.
