Rung up and inforned gated and combination lock. When went, told combination lock taken off as caused too many problems. Steel post up, but not locked, informed a used caravan site also - not to leave valuables in. Desperate to store van; went on with agreement and paid £220. Two nights later we had an attempted break in. Took off alko hitch lock and wheel lock!!! No telephone call. Only coz been down daily to sort van we found out. Man said he told us not secure. Spar shop said they were broken in weekly - site never told us that!!!! Money not returnable. Really not happy. Paid for pitch so will use it for something.
