Popped down to see if I could get my car looked at and order a correct part. Initial greeting was nice and then got passed onto someone who was meant to look at my car, went outside and he said, “I’m not a mechanic so your wasting your time.” Great advice. Went to the service desk and was told earliest they could fit me in to look at a part was next week. Said I’d go somewhere else to get it looked at and then suddenly my car was on the ramps. Good work by the guys in the back and they guy on the front desk to get the car looked at so soon. Great advice given too. Thanks 👍🏼

Drove from Sheffield to Batley to this site and was welcomed by Ryan, a lovely young man who knew his stuff, but all the staff were also absolutely 150%. Would really highly recommend these for top quality cars, easy approachable friendly staff, and you will find them very professional. If you dont want to be bothered by sales people then they leave you to it, but if you need help they cant do enough. You wont be disappointed

My partner & I recently purchased a Ford Kuga at the weekend. The showroom itself was very welcoming and we were greeted by Kyle who was the salesman helping us, a very polite and professional young man and an absolute pleasure doing business with. The only downside - the showroom was cold but overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Great service great car couldn't ask for better especially Ryan Fletcher sales man explained every thing so well. Was on hand too call at any time very easy to get on with as were all the staff Highley recommend it
