Europcar London Barking

Horrible, the worst service I have ever recieved! If it would be possible I would give minus points as they dont even deserve 1 star. Staff is extremly rude, ignorant, unprofessional and misogynist. They treated us like we were stupid from the start and made comments on women cannot drive. I really should have checked the comments before renting. If you want good for yourself NEVER rent from these people! They will also try to charge you for the littlest scratches on the car that ware there even before you rented!

Awful customer service. Booked everything online paid upfront. Clean licence. No issue with DVLA.. Yet the morning of pick up the young girl behind the counter, talked with a colleague, couldn't understand and then refused the vehicle, claiming something came up from DVLA. I explained provided evidence, yet she showed no passion or sympathy.. thank you for the last minute refusal and spoilt a special day, my sister's wedding

Dear Dave from Europcar Social Media Team ,I hope you will read my review So ,I was actually planning to rent a car from the Barking branch ,even visited the websited ,really liked the cars ,looked very well kept ,clean and nice I say 'I was planning ' ! because after reading these reviews ,no person in a proper state of mind will dare to rent from you !! Your unskilled ,unprofessional, and most likely untrained staff have managed to ruin people's holidays and made them loose theire money !!! OMG ,how is this agency even running ?!

Worst customer service I've received in a while... if u'd even call it service!! Booked and paid for a car over the phone but when we arrived 15 minutes later we were told there were no cars available (even tho we were looking at cars in the parking area). The rude lady behind the desk offered no explanation or resolution. Once we demanded a manager, magically a car was available and we were on our way but only after being treated like rubbish!!! Very disappointed as the reps at London City Airport are always extremely helpful. Also, I MUST know.... does it not bother u that 95% of ur reviews are absolutely terrible?! Wish I would've read them all before coming to u!! Offer some decent service or close shop!! U should be ASHAMED!!
