Would rate with no stars if possible due to VERY rude customer service and cutting the phone mid sentence. Highly do not recommend this service to anyone!

AVOID this cab office! It’s not even worth one star!! The controllers are rude, unhelpful and lie- cab is supposdly 5mins away, 20mins later still no sign! Happened more than once!! Drivers are rude and lazy! Prices are joke, they overcharge. Save your money and time and book with someone else!! These lot are a joke

Would give no stars if possible! Booked a cab to pick me up from Gatwick on two different occasions over the past few months. Drivers were late both times. Left waiting in the cold after 9 hour flights....not impressed!!! The second time, today, the driver was 40 mins late. Cab office idiots telling me one thing and him telling me another! Controller has the audacity to be shouting and giving me attitude on the phone.....really.....paying customer here!! Disgusting people, never again!!

DO NOT USE ALPHABET CARS LTD. THEY HAVE THE MOST DODGIEST DRIVERS. USED A CAB YESTERDAY, HE INFLATED THE PRICE BY 150%. I CAN AGREE WITH THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR UBER IT. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I CAN!!!!

Please do not book from this minicab company. The people taking the call couldn't give a proper information to their drivers and their customers ended up waiting for a very long time and missing appointment. The cab driver calling you to say that they are outside of your house but they are not there. What a bad service... I will never book or even recommend this company again.
