Outstanding customer service from Amy who shows she loves her job and knows her stuff. Also in the office was Mark who was also helpful and friendly. Great experience and would use again. Good location - right at the Number 3 bus stop.

Rented a car online, got the confirmation on email that the car had successfully been booked and that payment had gone through. On the day we were going to use the car they called us and said they didn't have one. Since we had already booked accommodation, we had to go through a different and more expensive company to save our vacation.

Excellent service form start to finish. Hired car while own car in garage. We had the car for 9 days paying for the hire with a mixture of cash and Tescos vouchers. Staff extremely helpful, couldn't have been a smoother experience, would definitely use again. We took out the 0 excess deal for peace of mind.

Excellent customer service, Amy and Mark, very good selection of vehicles, at competitive price. I have now used Europcar a few times, both in the UK and on holiday abroad, and have to say that the quality of vehicle and prices have always been very good. What marks the Cambridge branch out is the excellent customer service given by Amy and Mark on the front desk. It was a pleasure to chat.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were particularly accommodating and even suggested a competitor that might have a better price (although this time they didn't). Next time I need to rent a car, I would start with Europcar.
