Booked a rental online for over christmas. Went to pick up the car and the car i requested wasn't available so got an upgrade. Staff were absolutely brilliant and Chris the guy who i spoke to was extremely polite. Car was very well presented and an extremely good drive. Drop off was very quick and easy. I definitely will be using enterprise again when needing a rental. Especially this branch.nnThanks Guys
my grandparents 87 and 88 are baking in the mid day sun in a car on M25 because they are not mobile to get out of the vehicle and stand on the motorway. The other half of our family is standing in 30C weather, without water or food. The tech arrived in an hour, he was able to change the tire. As he took it off his words were, you are so lucky to have not flipped the car with this type of damaged tire. He also went on to tell us if we were caught by the police it would be a very heavy fine to be on the road with tires in this condition. The tire was completely bald, it had been worn completely threw the rubber, the canvas and the metal threads please see pictures attached. You rented a vehicle that put peoples lives at risk, a very dangerous business decision. With a biscuit wheel we were escorted to Kwik Fix, upon arrival the mechanic told us it would be 2 hours because we were with Enterprise. He said Enterprise didn't call ahead to see if we would be helped and that's what we get from just showing up. Shortly, there after he wasn't even able to help up because he didn't have a tire in the correct size. He did a search for us for another location that might be able to help us. This time the technician called ahead to check. We were in luck, they had a tire. I got on the phone to Enterprise and explained we had two elderly people with us and waiting 2 hours in 30C heat is unacceptable. They explained your office would need to give the approval, I was so angry at this point because trying to contact your office was IMPOSSIBLE! We were expected to get an approval from an office we doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. I very sternly explained to the Enterprise customer service representative, this tire is getting done now and we are leaving! The mechanics at Kwik Fix were so helpful, they change the tire despite not having the correct paper work and tried to keep my grandparents cool. It was well after lunch and no one had had the chance to eat and we would be missing our dinner arrangement at our destination because of this mess. Since day one it's been a disaster.nAn hour later after we arrived at the second Kwik Fix we were back on the road, but my grandparents had become unwell. When we arrived in Wales, they were unable to get out of bed, we had to book them a new hotel, one right beside the train station because they needed to take the first train in the am back to Ely. The entire trip was about taking them to a place they had never been and spend time with them, only have them return home as soon as we arrived in Wales. We had to arrange an escort on the train back to Ely, they needed to depart at 7am which also cost another $168. This entire experience was dreadful and very heartbreaking. We extended our booking of the rental for one day because my grandmother was too unwell to drive us in her car when we returned to Ely, she couldn't even say goodbye to us at the train station in Ely. We took an Uber from your location to the train station.nFurthermore, at the time of drop off the manager Alex asked us how our experience was and when we said dreadful. He responded, OH NO!...... I'm busy at the moment, but can I follow up later with you? A week later he sent us a generic email requesting to which we sent a lengthy responds. However, months later we still haven't heard anything. Clearly safety is not their priority and neither is customer service.
Extremely satisfied and happy with the smooth process of renting a car in Cambridge with this outlet. I rented XC40 which was well maintained and serviced. Thanks Emmanuel and Michael for sorting the queries and smooth rental process.
I rented a lovely car from Enterprise, but unfortunately had a flat tyre on the way to Scotland during the holidays when everything was closed. The manager, Lamin, went above and beyond by calling nearby suppliers and getting the issue fixed. He was extremely helpful and even checked on me every hour Excellent service!
Fantastic experience with Enterprise. We dealt with Becky who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even arranged for us to get a lift to the train station. Unlike other car rental companies, we never got the sense they were trying to make money out of extra charges. Would recommend 100%, and we will definitely use them again.
