Great Customer Service in my opinion!

Very weak customer service, one woman in particular has it in for everyone. And I have been renting from eurocar for the last 12 months back to back, had absolutely no problems when I was using the Birmingham branch, until I started using the Halesowen branch, where most of the staff are fine, except for the woman I mentioned, who goes out of her way to say things just to get under your skin, and  make you feel uncomfortable. I am still using eurocar Halesowen, but because the woman refused to speak to me again after our last exchange of words, I refuse to deal with her, and now have no problems whatsoever funnily enough.

Car stank of cigarettes. Complained to get a new car which did not come. Had to drive with the windows open as i suffer from sinus problems. The car was handed over to me with a deflated tyre that was clearly indicated on the dashboard with a sign.
Very poor customer service.  I will be writing to mercedes and recommending they use hertz or another company to provide their replacement cars. Never again.
