It was a bit of an emergency, we needed a small freezer . The young man in the shop was welcoming, and helpful. He showed us models available to take away and took our choice  to the car for us. No pressure ,no hassle! I would certainly go there again.

We called in this afternoon regarding a built-in oven.  Steve Brightmore was very, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.  He answered all our questions thoroughly and advised on connection and dimensions.  Prices were very competitive.  We homed in on a particular model and asked when it could be delivered.  He offered free delivery later this afternoon!  The delivery men were friendly and efficient - they even slotted the oven into place.  The oven was in use about three hours after we had walked into the shop - stunningly good service!

Amazing company friendly efficient, ordered fridge freezer last year came the same day washer packed up this morning phoned 9.30 delivered installed by 11.20 old one took away and delivered upstairs to my flat ,these are the only company I would deal with for all my electrical items ,thanks so much brightmores.

Fabulous service! Mum's fridge-freezer broke down yesterday evening. I went into Brightmore's this morning and by 3 pm today mum's fridge-freezer was installed, the old one was taken away, and all at much less cost than other national retailers, who couldn't deliver until Monday at the earliest anyway.   At 83 mum can be quite stressed by strangers but she said the delivery men 'were lovely lads".  Thank you so much Brightmore's.

Brilliant company I have used for years and would never go anywhere else. Ordered a new washing machine, a new fridge and a new freezer. Called me when they were on their way so I didn’t have to wait around, delivery and fitting was spot on.

Excellent service ordered dryer at 1pm told would be with me between 2pm and 5pm. Was delivered at 2.10 pm. Friendly staff in shop would use again

Hi .my first time in this shop was a fantastic experience. Customer service is top notch. great advice on there products l also very friendly. The product I bought Was a shark hoover and is brilliant. Will be going back for a cooker in the near future. So thanks Euronics Brightmores for all your help.
