Just leaving this review due to the inconsistency and inconvenience of this situation. There has now been multiple occasions in which i have ordered the correct parts for delivery/collection and they have sent me the wrong parts. This is getting frustrated as this shouldn't be an often occurrence. They are good otherwise but recently they have been starting to get a lot of orders wrong. Feeling dissatisfied by this.

I use them a lot, the web page is very helpful. The counter staff have the conversation of Mr bean though, they just want you in and out, 2.star customer service.

Chris from sales helped us reserve and secure a pair of brake disks after the auto registration plate feature misguided us on selecting correct disks.nOn a cold wet Friday evening, just as the clock struck the final minutes on the crew at farehams store shift. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to help us secure the correct brake disks. We are so grateful for your help.
