Shocking place been twice went here 3 years ago family sat in car park for 2 hours waiting in over 30 degrees for simply service parts I.e oil and filter and pads and did click and collect????nnPut it down to new staff maybe and COVIDnnWent again on Saturday 4.40 close at 5n.nand 5pm on Saturday when people do mechanical stuff on weekend there days off?nclick and collect again arriving at 4.40 shutters down staff member closing door I had to ask if your still open reminding they close at 5nnArrogant to say the least stood at the side of the till not asking who's next just hiding no hello good buy or anything just order number then product slammed downnnI get the locals Bolton people brother brother best price nar not payingnnI get that and thats not great for the staff and them asking for tax off as they have 10 passportsnnDon't treat all the customers the same never ever be back here no matter how desperate I need a part I will wait 24hrs and go somewhere elsenAnd yes I worked in retail I get how customers can affect the staff but this place is cancer
Euro parts bolton my advice is use another location minimum staff allways making money is all they care about feel sorry for staff. Car park sold to scumbag scamming company. Was there 20mins just got parking fine £100 they will say nothing to do with them but will not wash taking my business elswhere. thanks
Well stocked selection of car parts. Prices are good and staff are helpful. Free parking outside. Have to queue sometimes but nothing ridiculous.
Ordered on line pickup now probably. Very good price.
Great local store. Had what I needed and at a good price and the staff were very polite and helpful.
