This is the 1st time I've dealt with a&c auto salvage Bolton,and I personally find them very helpful,I had a problem with the delivery which took 1 week but that was due to dhl the driver did explain to me why my part was late so I was OK at that,ALEX was very helpful as was antony and I will buy from them again by phone call,200% service from them well done lads from ady Shipton Burton on trent Staffordshire
don't buy from here , everything you buy is not good, plus if you want money,back it don't give you back mony , the worst company
I'm going to be fare, I should of given a 2 star but they treated my partner with respect, however they offered £400 for a jaguar xf sport 3 litre engine, with the catalytic converter still on, they took the car and said they would give me £350, well what could I say they took my car, they would charge me for bringing it back, thanks, bad for business will not be going there again,
Absolutely nightmare I don't know who rated 5 star I ordered a compressor last week was been told will get delivered latest by Friday or Monday its been Thursday today calling tjem everyday all they say is out for delivery and it never comes I had to cancel my garage appointment too I was been told they will call me today but no one did its complete mess never ever I am ordering with them
Sold me a faulty part which had absolutely no use as it was broken when tried to ask for help they gave the worst customer service i have ever experienced and advised they have a no refund policy absolute joke and cowboys please avoid this place dont waste your time and money disgusting service
