Unpleasant experience at night. The front attendant was not very welcoming or engaging. Thankfully, we managed to use the toilet before 23:00, as access seemed to be restricted after that.nWhen another customer asked about using the toilet after 23:00, the attendant simply refused, saying it was already “night pay,” without explaining further. The overall attitude was quite unfriendly and unhelpful.nPerhaps this is why the station was almost empty when we visited. Hopefully, the management can look into the customer service, especially during the night shift.
Unable to accept nectar qr codes. Member of staff told me they upgraded to physical card only which has to be a lie. First time I’ve had this
Rude staff kept freezing pump accusing me being on the phone because i was singing to myself and proceeded to argue with me telling me i was wrong !!
A good car wash very happy with the finished job
I try to support local businesses, especially in a village like Oxshott where the small high street is the soul of the place, and there are so many really great businesses so we are lucky. On a positive note they have a Costa machine and are open 24 hours! Sadly this does not make up for the appalling lack of customer service levels - always so rude and dismissive - and the Yodel parcel machine NEVER works either or at least that is what they say.
