Absolutely terrible station and service, the team here don't have a clue how to operate a station and provide any sort of satisfactory service for their customers... If you're a motorcyclist be prepared to be compared to a person who commits criminal offenses. They won't let you fuel your bike unless you; a) Pay first - pathetic really, I just want to fill my tank full and pay...like everyone else. b) You leave them a valuable possession that you will need to return for. E.g your helmet, phone, card or any other possession of yours that has value. Their excuse is because they have had other people filling up and riding off. They can't catch their number plate because they don't have the required CCTV to do so, so instead they force all motorcyclists to pay upfront or leave a valuable possession. It's discriminating for all motorcyclists as they don't treat any other mode of transport the same. I've also been a long on going customer and only proven to be loyal. Despite this they still treat me with terrible service and as I've mentioned before, will relate you to a person who steals. Frankly you need to reach in your pockets and get some CCTV if people do this to you, why should you treat those who are innocent differently? It's a little ridiculous you've not done this yet, surely this is the first thing you'd think of...unless your cheapskates and instead look to tarnish your reputation. I know I'd rather catch these people who commit crimes as oppose to treating innocent people as criminals too. Happy New year! Maybe you can come up with a new year resolution like having decent security to catch the people who steal from you?...just an idea.

Nice staff and good petrol station, however air pressure inflator machine is useless for modern cars with sensor valves. Caused a broken tyre on my BMW and needed towing since doesn't have spare wheels. So now I need rental car etc - so all in all£800 damage for just checking the air pressure! Also machine is operated by tgird party and since 24 hours I am trying to let Esso staff give me details. Be aware and read the fineprint!!!

There's a rude bold guy working there. He needs manners. I stopped buying my petrol as he insists that I need to take my helmet off before filling up my motorbike with petrol.

This place is great. You can get petrol and all sorts of stuff like; mints, pens and colouring books. I took off a star coz they won't accept my Shell card!
