We stopped for refueling our car before car drop at the airport. Though slightly busy...the experience was seemless....very quick in and out

What can you say - the usual overpriced fuels ad with daft prices for the food - a 'meal deal' at £4 elsewhere is nearer £6 here. A bag of winegums closer to £3. What do you expect from a filling station. Head up the road to expensive Marks and Spencers and they are cheaper!
I go into this esso every single day and the staff are always friendly and remember me, I am 25 years old with a full sleeve tattoo, today I attempted to buy my usual e cigarette for work as I do every day but was treated with rude behaviour and tone from the im assuming new lady behind the till as I’d never been served by her before, even with other staff telling her it qas ok and my full sleeve tattoo which u have to be over 18 to have and despite me being there daily the woman refused to sell me my usual ye cigarette and met me with rude comments and replies back, I’ve never had a bad experience in this store then the first time I am served by this new lady it has put me off returning, I’ll be stopping elsewhere on my daily travel from now on.
