I dont go anywhere else for fuel unless im somewhere i dont know a million miles from home.nStaff are always polite and friendly to me.nNice range of well stocked shelves and fridges.
Handy for petrol but as like the other reviews, the Indian man in there is nothing short of downright rude. He never scans your code for the parcel so you keep getting further emails asking you to collect. Stares at you like he literally has lost the will to live when you say you are collecting a parcel. Today he told me I order too much!! Fuming.
Open 24/7 except when it isn’t. There seem to just be cones out blocking the entrances half the times I try to visit.nIt’s also interesting seeing so many people writing about the cashier refusing to deal with parcels as I had the exact same experience.nUltimately, really annoying to drive here only to find that it’s shut for no reason?nThe only time I actually managed to fill up here, I couldn’t find anyone to let me pay. The kiosk was empty, there was a queue of people waiting until somebody decided to show up and man the till.

While some staff have had limited English skills in the past, recent improvements have enhanced customer service. Overall, it's a reliable choice for fuel and car care.
This service station is lucky to receive one star. The male cashier is regularly as rude and unhelpful as he can be. He intentionally tries to prevent people using the parcel service, is intentionally antagonistic and offers the worst customer service imaginable.nnI would advise avoiding this station at all costs, especially with Morrisons being 4 minutes up the road and significantly cheaper than this Esso garage.
