I made the mistake of putting the wrong fuel in the car. The staff here were really good and helped me the best they could, and even offered us hot drinks whilst we waited for the recovery service. Super friendly and helpful. Thx

I was absolutely livid when I bought some items in this garage today-it was so busy. Nobody monitoring how many people were coming in-social distancing was not possible due to the amount of people in there. I complained to staff members who seemed unbothered by the situation. Customers were not following the arrows-most distressing. I won’t be coming back. Sainsbury’s and the Co op much better organised.
06/11/2015 the attendant, name on his badge said 'ANU' was scruffy and rude. When I came to the counter, he was chewing food with his mouth open. When I greeted him with 'good morning' I was ignored. He was generally unpleasant, very poor customer service, I hope I don't have to see him again
