Disgusting forecourt. Litter, plastic gloves and all sorts of other rubbish blowing around the filling area with 2 staff looking out the window watching it and doing nothing. Ellon is so well kept I am staggered they are able to run a central filling station with such an awful appearance.
Too expensive and lead to believe they set the fuel rate for ellon Tesco can't undersell I'd rather go to Peterhead or Aberdeen and save money #supportlocal ...... Not today Esso
Wheelie stopped add in extra air to our tires as part of the journey but we got stuck behind the car because someone from the shop had awkwardly left a pilot of stock on the road which we've been we could not navigate past it also the air pressure gauge was out of order not very good service
Have purchased Costa coffee from this service station regularly for carry out . Today 02 March @ approx 10.15 am used costa self service vending machine and chose the regular option . Went to pay at till and was tried to me charged for a large coffee . Told staff at till i chose the regular at machine . Staff reacted in in very unprofessional manner and pointed out I had used a large cup so was going to charge for large despite the fact I had used the regular button . Unaware there were even different cups to chose staff not interested or willing to listen . Very bad customer skills at this local service station . Will not be back for coffee or any other service they have to offer . Its preached shop local , but this is one reason why people go to the lager stores . Once again want highlight shocking attitude to public by esso staff at this location, its like they really dont want your custom

Pulled up at 9pm tonight to get fuel forgetting it shuts at 9pm to see the blonde cashier locking the door, jokingly I said to her oh, half a shift she turned round with a growl and said what do you mean? I said it was a joke because you were closing and I wanted fuel she shook her head while giving me a look of pure disgust! Not a big deal but I know a few people who have complained about customer service there. Get a grip or another job away from people.
Been to buy coal several times about 8.40 8.45/pm and bunkers are closed and attitude from staff member. Obviously don't like to serve customers right up to closing time! Don't know who runs this garage but can't imagine they'd be happy with staff treating customers like an inconvenience!
Just a basic petrol station where the staff are friendly and when you get to know them you get a laugh we them
