Quick and easy to shop and fill up at a good price.
Their ANPR claimed that my car was a different make - so they wanted to 'pre-authorise' I think it was £100 for fuel in a small hatchback!!nnI've heard about this sort of thing before, with customers not getting the balance from buying say £30 of fuel back while the garage hangs onto YOUR £70 FOR DAYS.nnWhile I could afford it, the practice of charging huge sums up front is bad for struggling motorists who only have enough money on their bank card for their immediate needs. So, in solidarity with them I went elsewhere to help stamp out this practice.nnThanks in advance if you are also able to support ethical business practices by raising your concerns and/or taking your business elsewhere.
It's a petrol station. Forecourt was clean and tidy and 2 staff in shop were polite, friendly and helpful. Due to location near to j10 petrol was bit more expensive than one actually attached to supermarket, Overall a more than satisfactory experience.
Not good!! Close at 9pm on a Saturday!
Awful woman, started fighting because she didn’t charge me for a bag and began accusing me of wanting a free bag. She did not offer a bag , forced me to ask for one, and then started making mean comments instead of doing her job and charging me for the bag.
