The guy who served me never once looked at me and instead kept shouting down his phone in a foreign language! Really amazing customer service! He only stopped going so when my card needed to be inserted as I'd tapped too many times, and barked at me to insert it. Felt like apologising for interrupting his argument!
Today I put almost 6 litres in my car using pump no 1, and paid for it. However, the car’s patrol gauge didn’t show it. First I thought it will show when I drive but it didn’t. I came back to the petrol station within 5 mins and told staff who simply told me that issue must be with my car and dismissed my complaint!! This is patent nonsense! It is not the first time, I noted previously that petrol wouldn’t get dispensed for the first £4/£5 using pump no 4. I consider this outrageous daylight robbery especially when the fuel prices are rocketing. These people are profiteering- check your fuel pump if you have the misfortune to have to use this garage!!
Don't for there has I've had my cash taken for account with out me know when gett items from it

Rude staff, busy talking on mobile whilst serving ....many times!
Made a pit stop today.. one of the few garages around with an open public toilet at the moment!!
Higher fuel prices than other garages.
Staff indifferent verging on rude. Perhaps it's a cultural thing as they appeared to have limited English.
I don't hate it but my husband and a lot of other people have had problems with cards being cloned
Nice garage great staff would given higher rating but like many other garages they are allowing people to panic buy and have NO limit
