I only had to wait two days to have a coil fitted, which I was very happy with. The nurse that rang prior to my appointment was professional and informative. The doctor that I saw at the app was again professional and informative. I was given a choice of follow up app dates. Overall very very happy with the experience.

Saw nurse Sarah and she put me at ease with her knowledge. Double checked my symptoms with the Senior nurse and I'm so confident now and glad I got it checked. Thought it was something worse. Put my mind at ease.

Rang twice in a week to get an appointment for Harlow clinic, and both times got a different excuse why I couldn't book one there and then. Don't mind me and my health, and the fact I work so can only do it at certain times. I thought it was their job to care and be there for people and actually help? Not make excuses why I CAN'T get an appointment!
