Absolutely disappointed. Staff very unfriendly. 4 people working and no one bothered to clean a table where we sat. We got a wooden plank with table number and we were told to wait for table service. They never bothered bringing food and coffee instead were calling people to collect. What's the point. Last time I had my lunch here.Food: 1/5
Good coffee and light snack cafe, top floor of the ridings wakefield. Sausage or bacon sarnie and a cake. Good place for those cold winter days, out but in .Food: 5/5
Internet says it opens at 8:30. I'm still stood watching the lady set up chairs creating a barrier to stop me getting in and it's now 8:40. No acknowledgement that I am here. I'm sure it's nice once it's opened but maybe the Internet opening times are wrong.

Staff are lovely but quality of food for the price was poor. It was 3.75 for a sandwich which consists of 2 slices of bread and a small filling and nothing else on the plate. What was there was nice but for that price I expected way more. Disappointed. There are better cafes within a minute walk.
First visit today we have passed several times but today we stopped to try it out. I have 2 young children and the staff there were brilliant and friendly very attentive. And a large coffee is a large coffee and very nice too : see you at the weekend : Kid-friendliness: Just amazing with my 14 month old and my 3 year old girls :
The ladies who work here have got a real attitude problem I’ve afraid. They have a system where you give your order and they give you a number on a piece of wood to display at your table. Instead of then bringing your order to your table they shout out the number and if you don’t immediately spring to attention you get eye rolls and dirty looks. It’s your system, not mine, if you don’t like it do something else! Very poor customer service.
The staff are so friendly and hard working. They always have time to greet you and the food and drink is of very high quality. It's a great place to while away a few hours just watching the world go by with a frothy coffee! My little girl love the milkshakes!
I'll probably be back. Really decent coffee. Cake was ok.Food: 4/5
The place a joke sandwich two slices of bread no butter just plain bread if that’s the best they can do I take my custom elsewhereFood: 1/5
