Over the years, I have had issues with my teeth , but since using Esk Dental Care for the last few years my teeth are now in as good condition as they will ever be.nFrom Reception to the frontline dentists, hygienists to the management I have always been treated politely and with respect and all the while with professionalism. Yesterday was my first visit to this practice and l only have one word....superb. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Downstairs and Dr Rachel and her assistant were fabulous. No stress and extremely informative with regards to my treatment. A pleasure to go to the dentist.
Recently expanded practice. Nice warm, welcoming and relaxing waiting area.nThere are rooms on the ground floor and downstairs at basement level and a toilet on both floors.nGround floor has a TV on the wall and there are magazines and children's books and toys. The seats are comfy too.nThe main receptionist is so friendly and is an asset to the practice and being the first person you will deal with upon entering the surgery you will feel at ease, especially if you're someone who gets nervous.nIt's a very professional, modern practice with many treatments available including non dental beauty ones.nCheck ups are free for all NHS customers. You may or may not be eligible for free dental treatments depending on your employment status but that will be established when you join.nThe dentists themselves and their assistants are very good and will take time to calmly explain procedures. The rooms are spotlessly clean.nYou will be charged if you miss your appointment without notice. If you know you can't attend let them know, all it takes its a quick call.nThey will text you a week or so before your appointment to remind you its due.
I cannot praise Esk Dental Care enough. I visited them, for the first time, today. From the initial meeting to the completion of my treatment, I was treated with courtesy, politeness, and patience. I have a genuine fear of visiting the Dentist, and was immediately put at ease. I will definitely be going back. Thank you to everyone involved in my visit.
