Birol is one of the best hairdressers in London. Flawless blow-dry every single time, there’s nothing i can fault. Gives me really good advice on how to style my hair and the blow-dry is the quickest and best i’ve had in all my years of doing my hair.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Jasmine!!!!. I have been having my hair coloured by Jasmine for nearly 10 years and trusted her 100%. I had a full head of blond highlights to blend with grey hair and what a disastrous result. The outcome is looking like a scarecrow, my hair is dry, brittle and several different colours. As a senior stylist she should have know that much colour wouldn't worked on dyed hair, saying it would take 3 visits to the salon to get right is unacceptable as she should have got it right one time for £340!!!, I did complain and got a refund. I wouldn't recommend this stylist or trust her!!!! 16 December 2021- Avoid Avoid Avoid Part two Jasmine, I wrote the above review about the bad hair experience I received in August 2021 that has ruined my beautiful long hair.  I also paid separately £100 to have my hair cut and £100 to have finger curled by Anna see photo 3. Since writing my review above, I have received an intimidating text on my private phone number from Jasmin saying it is all lies and to remove my review. Errol and Kim have access to before and after photos on what was my original hair colour. I have attached photos of what my hair looked like before, see 4 and 5 photos and how 2021 has been a nighmare looking like this has caused me stress and anxiety. I will not be removing my reviews!!
Birol is very professional and passionate about his work, since i’ve met him my hair is beautiful and i always get compliments about how beautiful colour and style i have. The best hairdresser in London
Had an amazing experience my hair looked gorgeous after! Birol specifically is the best hairstylist i’ve ever been to, he is extremely professional and knows how to do your hair in the way you like it!
The first picture is from 22nd September 2023. Bella helped me make the choice to give up harsh acrylic nails and work on my natural nail health. I had been visiting a local salon every four weeks for a new set of extensions, where my nails would be drilled so thin they would bend like paper. They would hurt whenever exposed and it became an expensive habit. The second picture is from the 23rd December 2023, three months later and I have totally new nails. Following Bella’s advice transformed my nails and cuticles, and they have never been stronger. It’s taken patience but with regular appointments with Bella, she kept me motivated to keep up with my natural nail care. Thank you Bella!
This is undoubtedly the best hair dressers in the UK. All the staff are extremely friendly, but I'd highly recommend Yolanda Douglas as she really goes above and beyond for her clients! 10/10 service all round!!
Love my Errol Douglas experience each time I visit. The salon has a very calming, positive vibe, I always leave the salon feeling lifted. Yolanda!!! Thank you for keeping me young and healthy looking. You have taken my hair from dry and bleached to looking natural with highlights and healthy. My brown, grey with white shock of hair is now a well behaved light brown with beautiful subtle highlights. A year on and all that old tortured hair is gone. Thanks for being nice, always on time and a great listener for the look I want for the season.
I’m super fussy with my hair and I have found someone who I trust and receive good results from everytime. If you have Middle Eastern type hair with red undertones and everytime you try to go blonde it’s ginger/strawberry blonde - Rami is gonna be your new bestfriend! He’s been dying my thick black hair to blonde for 3 years and I am so happy to have found someone so professional and efficient who deliverssss everytime. Also, the salon is beautiful and clean, all other hairdressers who work there are lovely and the atmosphere is comfortable. My faves no complaints x
The best salon by far in london. Been going there for 20 years and Jade is the best colourist I highly recommend her. The whole salon is so friendly and the owner Errol has been so helpful and precessional. It’s like second home. They serve the best green juice and the chef does fabulous salads and lunches. Yolanda and Leon do my lovely blow Drys I highly recommend both. A big thank you to everyone!
