Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We used Eric Robinson for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new one.  Despite there being a lot of hurdles to jump over Michelle Parker and her team have worked tirelessly to get us to the point of exchange today.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I contacted the bitterne office two or three weeks ago and was told someone would phone me back that was over two weeks ago and im still waiting now

My partner went through these solicitors, when it went to court the solicitor charged an extra £75 to travel from Southampton to Aldershot on top of the money they already wanted to stand up in court for him! Court was on the Monday but the Friday before he had to phone his solicitor as he hadn't heard anything and they said they needed the money before they went to court! When court day came around my partner was sat waiting for his solicitor, he phoned at 10 30 am to ask where she was and they phoned him back at 12pm to day they aren't turning up to court! What a joke! My partner had to stand up in court by himself unexpectedly! Very useless waste of time and couldn't even face my partner after to apologise! Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely terrible! I had a letter from them a day before a trial saying my solicitor  has been replaced  and the new solicitor  has been fully briefed on the case. I arrived in court at the time it said on the letter only to find out it was a different time! I phoned asking where my solicitor was and I was told there was no one with that name in the firm! I then had call from them giving me the correct time and the fact that my new solicitor was fully prepared and very experienced and therefore not to worry. I then went ahead with the case and this new solicitor could not even put two sentences together in court! He was an absolute disgrace! All the important things i had mentioned to him was not brought up! Do not use this solicitor! they dont care about their clients! youve been warned!
