Shocking arrogant staff Rang asking for a price for ring cleaning, told £20 on the phone. Went today to be told £45. No honouring the price or meeting half way. Spent in the region of £15k with this jewellers over the last 5/6yrs. Won’t be setting foot in there again. Manager didn’t even come out to apologise. Plain rude and arrogant
Absolutely amazing service, I have just purchased a used watch from them and it was immaculate when it arrived with me and also no issues with part exchanging my current watch which they offered a fair price for. I dealt with Kerry and she was brilliant and i will definitely be using them again
After ordering my new watch here and giving them my wrist measurements, the watch arrived very loose and they refused to reimburse me the £50 it cost me to have a link taken out. They did offer for me to pay to post the watch back to them and they would do it for free but this didn’t work for me at all for multiple reasons. I now need to have a valuation done for insurance on the watch and they have told me they can’t give me one and that I shouldn’t need one, well I do need one 100% and I am now also having to pay £50 for a valuation. And still no help from miltons, despite numerous email attempts I now wish I went to my local dealer for them to source me a watch.
I'm amazed at the selection of preowned Rolex available. Excellent service from this jeweller, nothing too much trouble. Thank you Val for all your help. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality, genuine watch.
Considering it’s a glorified pawn shop in middle of Walton the staff aren’t half arrogant
The staff are lovely really helpful and very informative with any questions I have. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted but they helped me understand a bit more about the product and what other similar items could be available.
