Totally UNPROFESSIONAL manner of conducting this type of "business", yes under quotes too.
Sad that this is allowed to go on, with so many fabricated charges and penalties.
Now dont get this wrong, not all of them are unprofessional, but who knows how many, then. I've had more bad interactions than good, though, and looking at the reviews too, well..
With that considered, let me say that some of them do the bare minimum to explain something to you, to simply help you by letting you know that you could pay it in instalments or any other information that you may not have or may need.
Hopefully if karma exists it will come back for them, for the amount of people that had their lives made worse, suicides because of debt, adding to depression states and general disrespect to people who are in a fragile condition, emotionally and financially.

Calling her out. Her name is BIANCA. She is very RUDE. I wonder hoe she was employed to do customer service. She even went as far as issuing threats. The management should look into her incompetence. She drops the phone in d middle of ur call. She is so arrogant.

Disgraceful company, rude and unhelpful! Every time I want to make a payment, I get passed from one person to another.
Added on an enforcement fee of £285 even though I had a payment plan in place and had been making payments!! When trying to dispute this, emails were ignored numerous times. The agent I was dealing with kept hanging up on me then ignoring my calls.Very very rude and she was so unprofessional !!!!!!!
Told them I was going to citizens advice and the bailiff authority, only to be told 'nobody has any power over us, so do what you want, they can't do anything and we can do what we like' wow?!!!!!
I think it's a cowboy company and maybe these people should get some manners!

Yes I owed the money, but no I do not deserve to be spoken to like a child or like a bit of dirt, and if I request information regarding added fees I should be able to get this information easily... Constantly told 'I can't look into that for you' so who can??!!!!!

One of the worst companies I've had the misfortune to deal with. Hung up on me when she didn't want to listen to what I was calmly trying to say.
Didn't even have the decency to tell me that they had a case logged against me and tried to charge me for without allowing me to tell that I had no idea what they where on about.
Reported to the financial ombardsman who will be looking into this companies gross misconduct.
The fact that this company is used by a government agency is simply unnaceptable. And something will be done about this.
The bailiffs are simply doing there jobs and seem pleasant however.

Awful service. The staff for the collections team are very quick to pass on your case to someone else. No care is given for the customer.
In particular, a Mr John Wragg from the enforcement side of the company did not do his research properly in regards to sending letters to the correct address despite the correct address being correct with the DVLA for over 2 years. This lead to miscommunication and unnecessary bills being accumulated.
When the correct amount payment was made on time John Wragg failed to acknowledge this on several occasions and was only after numerous amounts of contact through phone calls (which I was hung up on twice) text messages and WhatsApp conversations that John Wragg finally scrapped the payment that wasn't owed in the first place.
