im on my 2nd finance agreement ive got brand new honda pcx 125cc scooter just right for me and damn reliable at last good mileage for petrol they looked after me 1st finance was payed off in 30 days on agreed 2 year finance very reasonable costs for the loan im debating upgrading to same cc bike but faster top end im sure ill be very able to pay it off hope dealer can find me reasonable poss 2nd hand bike ill stick with billing finance im on the road and free on a very reliable commuter bike and billing finance made it possible thanks guys i love my bike its nearly mine as im over halfway through my payments now and bikes needed no repairs at all AWESOME

Borrowed 3400 for a bike which was written off a few months after purchase through no fault of mine, informed billing finance within 48 hours of the incident as per our contract, it stated in the contract that billing would involve themselves in the event of a write off to get the best outcome for everyone, this never happened and i dealt with the insurance myself, when I rang to ask what to do with the settlement check a very rude woman asked why I had the check. Zero customer service and the only contact they made with me was a letter telling me i owed 1700 in shortfall, not once was I offered gap insurance and when I mentioned that it might be a good idea to offer it to people I was rudely told they are not obligated to do so. Shocking experience do not recommend.

This company highly failed me and my family. I purchased a 7 seater from Canvey carriage. Whom was the biggest lying cowboys I have ever met. The car had issue after issue. The first three months it was in their garage billing finance. Picked their lies over me. Finally the car blew up engine went. So i wasnt making up there was something wrong. 

Ive continued to pay for the heap and today cleared finance off. So I can scrap the car. Only reason I purchased a new car was because I adopted three children. Never would I recommend this waste of space company to anyone. 

Enjoy my 5000 pounds that you ripped me off with. An enjoy dealing with cowboys. Off to scrap yard.

Awful customer service. Had to bring my case up with trading standards and FCA.
At least Dick Turpin had a mask.
Rip off merchants.
Avoid avoid avoid.
