Many thanks to Andy the Manager and his staff who went out of their way for my father who broke down on Worsley Road nearly a mile away from Equipe. He'd stopped at a friend's for a few hours and couldn't get his car started. One of the staff (Sean out to get his lunch) met my dad who was trying to start the car at the roadside in the snow, gave him a lift to Equipe and gave him a nice hot tea to wait while the lads went and towed his car in to be fixed. Luckily it was silly dad leaving his courtesy light on for few days that caused the battery to run flat. Special thanks to Andy, Sean, Mark and Craig for going the extra mile by helping make a very embarrassed 81 year old a very happy and warm man. Lots of people walked past Dad in freezing temperatures yet had it not been for Sean he would have been stranded. Thanks guys I'll certainly be bringing all the family cars to you for service work.

Today I had an Mot here and was given a £400 quote for work needed doing to my car to pass the MOT. The work they said needed doing was new break pads and discs, wishbone need redoing, new suspension to front driver side, and head light bulbs changing. I declined the work as my bulbs had been changed this morning with brand new ones that I fitted my self, I had my breaks survived 6 weeks ago and no other problems with my car. I taken my car to a trusted garage a bit further away and my car passed it's MOT, with 2 advisory's stating I have a slow puncher and a tyre was just over the legal tred limited and to have it changed in the near future. £400 where did they get this price from??? Totally out to rip people off, who ever has wrote good reviews obviously doesn't have a clue about cars and has been fed a load of nonsense so they spend there money. Not a lot people know anything about car Mechanics so equip Walkden takes full advantage of those who they can. I would highly NOT recommend this place. Stay away and save your money and go to a garage that can be trusted or recommend by someone you know.

They put me a tyre on and cared formy auto... Good work at a very reasonable price and grwat honest advice.

Dropped off works van for brake repairs, asked for a quick job as I still had work to do. Was given a Soda Octavia estate so I could crack on with my jobs... Excellent service!

Called in at this branch earlier this afternoon with an emergency tyre problem, having just picked up a massive nail in a rear tyre of our nearly new car! The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional and set about solving the problem immediately. Fortunately, wasn't as bad as it seemed. Every trouble was taken to sort me out. I went on my way, very happy with the whole experience. I would certainly recommend this business as a first port of call for anything auto related! A real find!
