Previously been amazing. Now...Just a word of warning for people using this place. They mounted some standard size tyres on my dad's car and made a mess of the alloys. They are denying responsibility! They were perfect before they got hold of them. Shame because I have used them before without any problems. Would give -10 if I could even reported to the motoring obsuman
Best manager. Booked tryes with wheel alignment. He clearly explained how long it takes as they r busy on the day even though i booked but atleast he was honest and conveyed clearly the situation. He said he will do his best by afternoon and he finished the job as promised. I requested to swap tyres to match the brand. He swapped the tyres for free which was very kind of them. I will definitely come again for future repairs. Good people.Thanks
Absolutely gutted to write this review. I’ve been to F1 for 7 years and always thought I’d had great service off the lads. However, when quoted over £600 after a service for things I was pretty sure had recently been done, I took it for a second opinion. Second opinion gave me a quote for £0 for no work to be done on my car.nnActually disgusted that people put a lot of trust in mechanics and you’ve probably got a lot of money from me for things that my car didn’t actually need over the years.nnWon’t be returning.nnIf you do chose to use this garage just be wary of the “extras” they try to add on.
Big thanks to I think it was Tommy.nMe and my partner was meant to drive to our holiday down south when my car decided to take a turn smoking and stuttering.nnManaged to get to the garage first thing Sunday morning and he clearly saw we was in heaps of stress. Taken us straight in and got my car sorted within 45 minutes without messing around. Very, very polite and helped us arrive to our holiday on time!!nnWould really recommend! I’ll be back again for an a MOT :
Brother in law bought a new car. Dpf had issues, couldnt have a diagnostic regeneration, so they tried manually. Cleared so much by just that. Was so kind and explained absolutely everything clearly, answered every question we had happily. Can't reccomend these enough, got us in straight away.
