Very POOR communication really Bad services I paid a deposit and within a week they said I have lost the deposit it been taking!! I fill all the ref that was need the guantour only got sent on Thursday by Friday evening they toke it back to the market.. Also when I called on Sataday it was like they didn't want me from the beginning I was so Sad. but never mind there plenty HOUSE out there..

At first I was told to rent a property there is only bond and a month rent. On the meeting when the agent realised that I am serious, and really want to rent it, she added 240 of fees. When I finally decided to move in, they another 140. Hate the agencies...landlords, why the he$# are you using them? Poor communication. Wasted my time. Ps.check their website about the fees. Ask the confirmations before you do something. Check contracts they are using to bind you. There are much more additional fees you can expect.

If you are breaking up and selling your house DO NOT use this agent. There total lack of understanding throughout the entire process has been absolutely disgraceful and caused so much additional upset in a very emotional time.

Terrible for both tenants and landlords. Worst experience ever. And the parent company Countrywide are the same. No one to complain to. No one cares. KEEP AWAY!!! YOU WILL REGRET!

After visiting various estate agents, we decided to use Entwistle Green. We are so glad,we used them to sell our property.
