Took laptop in for urgent repair.,,the screen was broken and it wouldnt turn on - I had dropped it. I told Phil, the owner, how desperate I was - he said "Ok, will try to get it done for Wednesday, but I'll only call you with news." Well, thursday came and went - no call - called him - apparently part had arrived, broken. Ok, I thought - he still hadn't given me a price, after calling again on Friday, still no news, no price - promised he'd call over weekend. Weekend came and went, no call - spoke on Monday, awating parts. Tuesday I called - parts not arrived - he's not sure that his supplier can supply parts. Still had no price.....he just doesn't communicate. I don't know if he looked at the laptop properly or not, but I collected it on tuesday afternoon, over a week after he had it - he said there was a motherboard problem. Took that afternoon to another supplier who had the laptop working in 25 minutes - it was just one plug inside that was loose. Of course, I still need the screen replacing, but that's an easy fix. Entire Computers - in my experience - have been Entirely Useless.
