I was sent a car following a non fault accident 2 days late . The car still had someone lunch box and a mouldy orange in the rear foot well when I phoned up i got the manager Tom who said well it still better than wot you had if you dont like it we will collect so I sent it back insurance company said they was paying like for like but this wasnt wot I got. The two ladies who collected it couldn't of been more helpful and was trying to sort things out but sadly I had already private hire else where.

Kimberley and Sam were extremely helpful and accommodating. We turned up quite late in the day having broken down and our vehicle being off the road. With 3 young children, one being a newborn, they found us exactly the car we would need straight away and had us back on road within half an hour. They easily and quickly allowed us to extend our contract when our car wasn't going to be back for 4-5 weeks. Allowing us to do it all over the phone and saving us from having to come all the way in to the office which is a good half hour away from ourselves :)
